House, early C17. Later additions at rear. Timber framed,
pebbledash rendered and part cased and underbuilt in brick in
C19. Roof steeply pitched, slated to front and tiled to rear
with C19 gault brick ridge stack. Lobby entry plan with lower
kitchen wing at rear forming an L-plan. Two storeys and attic
with first floor originally jettied and now underbuilt. Two
horizontal sliding sashes, the heads flush with the eaves.
Three C19 hung sashes on either side of doorway to lobby entry.
Reeded doorcase. Ther kitchen wing is also framed but has been
repaired in brick. Adjoining the house is a horseman's cottage
probably C19 and of brick.
