Pair of cottages. C18 altered early C20 by Christine Hamlyn. Rubble plinth, probably walls of rubble and cob; gable-ended slate roof in two pitches, brick stack to each end.
Plan : a rectangular pair,stepped up the hill.
Exterior: two storeys, 1:1:1 windows, C18 casements with small-paned lights and glazing bars; horizontally-sliding sash window to first floor with a shaped gable over on right, small panes with glazing bars; two C18 casements on the ground floor with square-paned leaded lights. Two door openings, to left a half-glazed door, to right a plank door with glazed upper panel, both with slated pent hoods. C19 brick outshut with slated lean-to roof to left, plank door.
