Farmhouse. Dated 1825 with late C19 and C20 alterations. Slobbered rubble,
painted stone dressings, stone slate roof. Central staircase plan. 2 storeys,
2 bays. Entrance right of centre has plain jambs on square blocks, projecting
impost blocks and plain lintel dated and inscribed MP2.; slate hood; C20 door.
2 windows per storey have plain surrounds, projecting sills and sashes with glazing
bars. Similar but smaller window on left-hand side of ground floor. Right-hand
gable and ridge and left of centre ridge stacks.
