Description: 16C with later alterations. Timber frame encased in rubble
shore walling with corrugated iron roof. Tall single storey with inserted
floor to lefthand bay. Three bays. Quoins. Main elevation has projecting
cart entrance to right and to left a stable door flanked by inserted 19C
windows. Rear elevation has 2 blocked rubble vents. Steeply pitched roof.
Interior has 3 massive full height open cruck trusses with large ridge purl in
and double staggered tenored purlins. Two trusses have collar yokes, the
other has later repair. All trusses have pairs of cruck spurs, of which
only the lower ones are still intact. Cart entrance has paved floor. Central
truss has an inserted half height wall within the blades.
