House. Dated 1705 with later C18 alterations. Limestone rubble, graduated
stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays, a 2-storey porch projecting, bay 3.
Quoins. The entrance is in the right return of the porch; the quoined
jambs have a moulded chamfer, the shallow triangular door head has a
pulvinated frieze with moulded but weathered segmental pediment.
Fenestration: recessed chamfered mullion windows of 2 lights to ground
floor of bay 2 and porch first floor, the remaining windows all sashes with
reused recessed chamfered masonry surrounds. Banded end stacks and to
ridge above the porch. Interior not inspected at resurvey.
