Farmhouse. C17. Rendered, slate roof. 2 storeys 3 bays. Entrance to right of centre
has gabled porch dated 1864. Chamfered door surround and C20 plank door. A stone
plinth to left of the entrance indicates the oldest part of the farmhouse which
contains two 3-light double chamfered windows on the ground floor with a continuous
hoodmould over. Two similar windows on upper floor but without hoodmould. Above
the entrance is a small chamfered window with a round head. To the right of the
entrance is a 2-light recessed flat faced mullioned window on each floor. All windows
have sashes without glazing bars. Three ridge stacks are in rock-faced stone and
probably early C20. Left hand gable, and one either side of the central bay. Barn
to the right.
