Formerly part of Hillside (q.v.). Cottage c.1690s. Rendered, stone dressings,
stone slate roof. C20 entrance to left with plain surround and c.1980 glazed door.
Early Victorian window to right with remains of 3 light double chamfered mullioned
window above, mullion now gone. Extreme right hand bay has 2-light double
chamfered mullioned window on each floor. All windows have C20 casements. Eaves
modillions. 2 ridge stacks, that at right hard is at junction with Hillside.
