Former Sandemanian meeting house, now house. Early C19 with late C17 origins
and C20 alterations. Rendered, stone dressings, tile roof. Central
staircase plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Late C18 entrance to right of centre,
plain surround; C20 plank door. Late C18 window on ground floor to right; C20 casements. To left is C20 lean-to. 3 upper floor windows, those to left and right have plain surrounds, projecting sills and 16-pane sashes. Central
window is larger and has plain surround, moulded impost blocks, round head and keystone; 9-pane casement and fixed light of Gothick glazing in round head. Gable end kneelers, coping and gable end ridge stacks. At rear is right-hand ground floor late C17 3-light chamfered window; C20 casements.
Interior: panelled dog-leg staircase to former chapel on upper floor.
