Line of 12 boundary stones running south from Gallow Howe to the
foot of Brown Hill. Circa 1835. Hard sandstone. Square stones,
up to 1 m. high, with roughly-rounded tops. Inscribed on east face:
D (for Danby) and on west face W (for Westerdale). Whitewashed
tops.
