Table tomb, mid-late C18. (Burials recorded 1747-1784, but style
nearer latter end of period). Sandstone. Moulded slab rests on
central upright panelled slab. Quadrant curves at all 4 corners
lead to shallow serpentine-curved end panels. The tomb of the
family of John Agar, the most generous donor to the school and
local charities.
