Mid C19. 3 storeys in coursed stone with pantile roof. 2 windows, casements,
to top floor. lst floor windows have keystones and no glazing bars. 1 canted
bay to ground floor and modern door under rectangular fanlight and keystone.
Left-hand section has steeper roof and is lower, with storage window over carriage
doorway. Brick stacks. Included as part of a visual group with other properties
in Beck Isle.

Beck Isle Cottage, Beck Isle Museum and Farm buildings, Fern Leigh, Premises
occupied by J Watson and Rose Cottage form a group.
