House. Dated 1833. Coursed gritstone, grey slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays.
In a C17 style. Central board door in moulded surround with 4-centred arch
and lintel inscribed 1833. Deeply-recessed 3-light chamfered mullion
windows with hoodmoulds throughout. String course at first-floor level and
crest above door. Moulded stone eaves course, pyramid finials to kneelers,
gable copings, corniced end stacks. An imitation of the houses in Ripley
village but without the Gothick-arched lights.
