Former stables and offices. 1859 by Andrews and Delauney for James Bray.
Coursed squared gritstone, grey slate roof. 2 storeys, 7 bays, the central
3 bays projecting and surmounted by triangular pediment. Round-arched
windows to ground floor, that to bay 3 converted to a door; the original
windows are 4-pane sashes with fanlights over; the central 3 windows are set
in a blind arcade with a horses head on the central keystone. 2-pane sashes
to first floor; projecting band at first-floor level, modillioned eaves
cornice; blind oculus to corniced pediment. Hipped roof with central clock
tower surmounted by an ogee-roofed cupola; end stacks.
