Stable and cowhouse, now outbuilding with garage. Early C19. Coursed squared stone
with brick to rear in English garden wall bond (5:1); Welsh slate roof. Single
storey, 5 bays. Five round-arched recesses with top, casement, lights and slate
impost band, the left-hand recess with wide inserted garage door; hipped roof with
2 ridge vents. Stone, plinth to rear and sides, the rear having stable door (to
former cowhouse) under flat brick arch on left, blocked doorway (to former stable),
now window, on right, and eaves band; the right return having former flat-arched
doorway, now window. Interior: fishbone king-post roof trusses. Included for
group value.
