Cottage. Late C18, altered and heightened. Early-mid C19. Red-brown and pale
pinkish-brown local brick. Pantile roof with rendered verges and end stacks. Two
storeys, 3 bays with central projection. Two steps to central 6-panel door under
oblong fanlight with glazing bars flanked by reeded pilasters supporting a plain
entablature and cornice. 16-pane sashes in flush wood architraves under flat gauged
brick arches. (Central bay windowless.) Stepped eaves. Single storey attached
wing to right not of special interest.
