Estate lodge. Early C19, extended later. For the Owston Hall estate.
Painted rubble, C20 tile roof. 1 storey, 3 bays; now double-depth plan.
Central doorway has pointed panel to wooden door set beneath a hoodmould.
Flanking 2-light windows with Y-tracery casements and pointed heads. Twin
hipped roofs with small central ridge stack. Left return: windows as front
flanking a recess with pointed double door. Right return: window to rear
part only.
