Cart shelter. Early C19. For the Owston Hall estate. Brick and rubble
limestone, partly cement-rendered; stone slate eaves courses to pantile roof.
Tall single-storey, 2-bay open-sided building spanning road. Each side
pierced by 2 round arches with brick piers and voussoirs. Wooden bell turret
at west end of roof.
Interior: original roof with re-used tie beams and tusk-tenoned purlins.
Part of Home Farm complex.
