Pair of semi-detached houses. 1908. By Percy Houfton for the Brodsworth
Colliery Company. Roughcast brick, later cement-tile roof. 2 storeys,
1 : 2 : 1 windows to 1st floor; reflected pair. Wooden casements with
glazing bars throughout. No. 115 (to left): original boarded door flanked by
windows of 3 lights to left and of 1 and 3 lights to right; tile dripmoulds.
No. 113 the same but with later door and handed. 1st floor: 3-light windows,
those to centre with tile dripcourse beneath a gable. Swept eaves to hipped
roof with altered brick end stacks and original dentilled ridge stack. Part
of Woodlands colliery village (see under Church of All Saints, Central
Avenue).
