Townhouse now with ground-floor shops, upper floors disused. Late C18. Coursed,
dressed sandstone (now painted); Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys, 4 windows to
1st floor. C20 shop windows to ground floor, that to left linked by continuous
fascia with adjacent premises Nos 25 and 27 (q.v.). Large chamfered quoins to
upper floors. lst-floor windows have sashes in square-faced projecting surrounds
with projecting sills. 4 similar windows to 2nd floor. Eaves cornice. Kneelers
and square-cut gable copings. Part-rendered brick end stacks, left stack truncated.
