Circa 1830. Small detached house, 2 storeys, sandstone "brick" with stone slate roof and saddlestones. Paired dentil brackets to eaves. Sill bands to both floors. Two bay front with glazing bar sashes in squared surrounds. Doorway in architrave surround with flanking strips and large scrolled consoles to cornice over.
