Circa 184o-50 two-storey sandstone "brick" house terminating row of Nos 16 to 28 but
with main front on return to Moreley Street. Bed mould to frieze of bracketed eaves
cornice. Three windows, one blind to Edmund Street. Three window main front has
tripartite pilastered ground floor windows with cornices over. Tripartite doorway
with ornately carved consoles to moulded cornice.
