Set back from building line in small close. Circa 1830-4O former coach house and
cottage. Two-storeys, sandstone "brick", plain eaves cornice and stone slate roof;
corniced chimneys. Irregular fenestration, revealed sashes, one retaining glazing
bars. Segmental voussoired coach arch to right with blind octagonal panel above.
Two doors with battered eared architrave surrounds, deep frieze and cornice over both.
