Circa 1800-30 cottage row with barn-stable at north end probably associated with
Frizley Old Hall qv. Two-storeys, sandstone "brick", Stone slate roof with
bracketed eaves, corniced chimneys. No 2, the south end cottage, has a canted end,
with windows and doorway contained in full height arched recesses; first floor sill
band. Windows are of 2 lights square mullioned, squared jamb plain doorways. The
barn-stable at far north end has a segmental voussoir archway and blind triangular
and oval panels at first floor level.
