Pair of back-to-back cottages (unoccupied). Mid-late C18.
Hammer-dressed stone, dressed quoins, stone slate roof. 2 storeys.
2 bays of flat-faced mullioned windows now of 2 wide lights but
probably of 4 lights originally to each floor. Doorway with
monolithic jambs set between. Right gable has coping and kneelers.
Gable stacks. Rear has some alteration to ground floor by inserted
doorways but had 4-light windows to each floor; those to 1st floor
retain all mullions. Right-hand return has wide gable with
central doorway with monolithic jambs and single sash window to left
with same above. In a dilapidated condition.
