Farmhouse. Dated 1682, restored and part rebuilt, in keeping.
Coursed stone. Stone slate roof. Two storeys. Two-room plan.
Quoins to right. Altered stone porch to right with mono-pitched
roof, Tudor-arched lintel with decorative spandrels inscribed:

Stone seat to each side of porch. Chamfered surrounds to doorway
and inner doorway. Above is recent 2-light window. To left of
porch is 6-light window and 5-light window with continuous dripmould.
To 1st floor, two 5-light windows. All double-chamfered and with
restorations. Central stone stack. Gable copings on moulded kneelers.
Interior: The right room has Tudor-arched fireplace with spandrel
decoration as the porch. Beehive oven to right side with small fine
opening below. Stop-chamfered beams. Original roof truss with struts,
and probably a 2nd truss but this is not visible.
