Public house. Late C18 with mid C19 alterations. Hammer-dressed stone, stone
slate roof. 2 storeys, quoins. 4 bay front. 1st bay has altered 2-light C19
mullioned window with 3-light original flat faced mullioned window over. 2nd
bay has single light sash window and doorway with monolithic jambs. Bays 3 and
4 both retain original flat faced mullioned windows of 3 lights with some
overlapping heads and sills to both floors. Decorative wooden gutter bracket to
eaves and central stack to ridge.
