House now 2 cottages. Late C17 with early to mid C18 alterations. Hammer-
dressed stone, (rendered) stone slate roof. 3-bay single-aisled house with
timber arcade with post and braces to arcade plate. King post truss. Panelled
interior to left hand front has large fielded panels c.1720. 2-storey front has
2 bays of flat faced mullioned windows of 5 lights (2 mullions removed) with
3-light window over (mullions removed). Central bay has doorway with monolithic
jambs with 3-light window over (mullions removed). 2 stacks, one extruded to
left hand gable. Interior to right hand cottage has segmental arched fireplace
on corbelled jambs with simple chamfer.
