Detached house. 1753 (dated). Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Stone slate roof with two ashlar gable stacks with moulded caps. Two storeys. South elevation: central door with deep lintel with inscription: W/ AE S/1753
Double chamfered stone mullioned windows to both floors: four-light to left, three-light to right. Central lights with sashes. North elevation: one left side is two tier staircase window with lower part blocked, probably C19. To right is early lean-to extension with catslide roof, with entrance on left side and three-light stone mullioned window on northside.
Interior: cellar. Wooden staircase of later date.
