GV II

Farmhouse, circa 1870, built as part of the Peckforton Estate. Red
brick, in English Garden Wall Bond, with tile roof. Single storey and
attic, 3 bays with 3-bay return (north) giving an "L" shaped plan.
Boarded door with false strap hinges and deep stone lintel above.
l-to-3-light cast-iron lattice windows with stone sills and deep stone
heads, those at first floor level in gables and gabled dormers with
timbered apexes and finials. Divided flues with projecting caps
rising from weathered stone ridge level bands.
