Hall house, now house. Early C15, altered and extended late C16, and early C20. Timber frame, part painted render, part painted brick infill. Old tile gabled roof. Rectangular plan of 4 framed bays, including 2 framed bay hall, with one framed bay pent extension at rear and C20 extension on right end. 2 storeys, part one storey. Large ridge chimney, left of centre; chimney at rear on extension. Entrance (west) front: C20, diamond-leaded casements. Irregular. Two, 2-windows to left of door, one 4-light window on right of door. Small garage adjoining at right angles on right end of no special interest. North gable: late C16 oriel on first floor of 3 lights and one light on returns; later glazing; diamond mullions and moulded cill on carved wooden brackets. C20, 3-light window below. Interior: early C17 corner cupboard in dining room, scalloped shelves, panelled head and dado; moulded cornice. Large inglenook chimney in sitting room. Sooted timbers in roof, arched braced collar truss, and redundant crown post truss; side purlins.
