Farmhouse, circa 1750 with alterations. Red brick in Flemish Bond
with old slate roof. 2 storeys and attic, 3 bays. A 2-bay gabled
return completes an "L" shaped plan. Mainly 3-light flush casements
with glazing bars, cambered arches and 2-course terra-cotta weathered
sills. Projecting brick porch with fully glazed door and shaped barge
boards with finial. Eaves dentil course. Old tile saddleback ridge.
Interior: Heavy oak slightly chamfered beams in two rooms. Some old
wide-boarded doors.
