Circa 1790 probably, though apparently earlier. Three storeys coursed limestone
rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. Three windows, glazing bar sashes,
2 light square mullion and edge-roll type with surrounding architraves. Central
1st floor Venetian window. Two storey angled bay to left with sheet glass
sashes. The ground floor left hand window is a large plate glass sash. Central
glazed door. Coved or moulded eaves cornice to slate roof. Gable end ashlar
chimneys. Two storey 2 window wing to rear. South return has projecting Tuscan
portico at join with pilasters flanking 6 panel door.
