This old watermill, which dates from the end of the 18th century, was milling flour and animal feed until around 1967 when the Corin family, which had owned it since 1938, decided to close it. There has been a watermill on this site for many hundreds of years, and before the dissolution of the monasteries in the late 1530s it was owned by Launceston Priory.
