House. Probably C17, with C19 and later alterations. Slatestone rubble.
Bitumenised slate roof with hand-made crested ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end
stack to left with brick shaft and 2 front lateral stacks to right with brick shafts.
Right end of the roof is hipped.
Plan: 3-room plan. One room to left heated from a gable end stack; entrance and 2
rooms to right, both rooms heated from front lateral stacks.
Exterior: 2 storeys, asymmetrical 3-window range; first floor has three C19 16-pane
sashes in exposed boxes. Ground floor has 2 windows to left, both sashes, with a
door between, a plank door with glazed panel inserted and gabled wooden porch.
Casement and C20 door to right.
Interior: Not accessible, but may retain features of the C17.
