Farmhouse

Range of barns belonging to Hill Farmhouse. C18 and C19. Earlier part timber
framed on red brick plinth, clad in weatherbording, later part of light
mottled brick. Half-hipped clay tile roof to whole range. Earlier S part is
of 4 bays, with clasped purlin queen strut roof structure, later part extends
northwards by equivalent of 2 bays. W elevation: both parts have an opening
below eaves with plank shutter. Later part has cambered headed doorway with
stable door. Earlier RH part has cart entrance with double plank doors.
Including for group value with farmhouse.
