House and shop. Circa early - mid C19, with alterations of later C19 and C20. Stone
rubble; front asbestos slate-hung. Right side and rear rendered. flipped asbestos
slate roof with ridge tiles. Axial stack with brick shaft shared with the attached
house to left.
Plan: One of a pair of attached houses. Double depth plan, double-fronted shop at
front with central entrance and entrance to house above at the left side.
Exterior: 3 storeys, nearly symmetrical 3-window front. Ground floor has panelled
and glazed door with overlight to left. C19 shop front to right, with 2 window bays
each with 6 large panes, central C20 door with sidelights and overlight. Plain
fascia overall. First floor has 3 C20 windows. Second floor has 3 C20 6-pane
windows. The right side has C20 window at first floor. The rear has 2 C20 windows
at first floor. Second floor has C19 12-pane sash in exposed box and single C20
light.
