House, probably originally schoolmaster's house (or sexton's house). Early
C19. Red sandstone ashlar, slate roof with tile hips, brick chimney stack on
ashlar base. Single storey, 2 bays. Side entrance has gabled pedimented porch,
with C20 door and pointed arch. 2-pane sash windows to front, have chamfered
stone surrounds with hood moulds. Of similar design to the nearby school.
Listing does not include C20 extension to rear. Included for group value.
