Parish Church (Anglican). 1883-87 by E W Barnes of Bristol. Nave, north and
south transepts, chancel, porch and tower at south-west. Coursed and snecked,
squared rubble with freestone dressings: plain tiled roof with a crested ridge.
In a mixture of middle Gothic, but mostly C14, styles. South west tower of 3
stages with diagonal buttresses; two single light cusped lancet windows to the
bell chamber; single light windows flank an ogee-headed image niche with a canopy
on the second stage; south doorway of 3 orders, columns with foliate capitals,
moulded pointed arch. Nave: 4 bays, 2-light windows with reticulated tracery,
buttresses between, 6-light west window with curvilinear tracery. South transept has
a wheel window and the north transept has a circular window of quatrefoils in
circles. Chancel: reticulated tracery as the nave; 3-light east window in a
Geometric style.
