Farmhouse. C19. Coursed squared limestone blocks with gritstone dressings,
moulded eaves band, rebuilt end ridge stacks, C20 concrete tiles. 'L' plan.
Two storeys, three bays, with glazing bar sashes without horns set into stone
surrounds. Ground floor windows and quoined door surround have hood moulds with
stops. Six panelled door. West gable has single-light openings with cast iron
Gothic frames.
