Watergap Farmhouse
II
Farmhouse, now house. 1766, refenestrated C20. Coursed limestone rubble with
gritstone dressings and quoins. Plain tile roof. Stone coped gables with moulded
kneelers. Stone gable end stacks. Three storeys, three bays. Central doorcase
with plain lintel and jambs. Moulded hoodmould over. To either side, C20
casements in original flush surrounds. Three similar above. Two similar, but
smaller, windows above. Between them a stepped circular plaque inscribed '1766'.
