House, part formerly a small barn. Late medieval barn of cruck
construction, C19 range at right-angles to W. end, C20 conversion and
extensions. Barn is of timber frame and weatherboard with rubble stone
plinth to rear and whitewashed brick bay to right. Steeply pitched
slate roof. One storey and attic, 3 bays. 2 and 3-light C20 wooden
casements, those to first floor in gabled dormers. C20 double doors
between left bays. C19 range to left is of whitewashed brick with
slate roof and has similar casements. Interior of barn has 3 cruck
trusses, the blades terminating just above the collar.
