Planned foldyard group of farmbuildings, probably late C18. Coursed rubble
with cut quoins and tooled-and-margined dressings; graduated stone slate
roofs. Ranges around yard open to east. Single-storey side ranges each
have central elliptical arch flanked by 3-bay round arcades; all arches
keyed, some blocked; also boarded doors and small windows. East ends show
boarded double doors under timber lintels; hip-ended roofs. 2 elliptical
arches and slit vents to rear of north range. West range has 2-storey barn
in centre; central boarded door re-using lintel of 2-light mullioned window,
2 tiers of slit vents, pitching door to left. Single-storey flanking parts
have boarded doors and blocked openings. Rear elevation of barn shows central
elliptical arch,with white brick voussoirs,under boarded pitching door; and
part-slatted loft window.

Walls, with flat slab coping and roughly-shaped monolith gate piers, on east
of yard and forming enclosures within yard.
