Farmhouse)

GV II

Farmhouse built in 1830 by Stephen Gardiner, builder. Clunch
walls faced with white gault brick. Hipped slate roof, end
stacks. Two storeys. Four 'bay' facade. Four first floor
twelve-paned hung sash windows, and three similar ground floor
windows in cambered brick arches. Original five panelled door
with patterned rectangular fanlight in moulded stone doorcase.
