No 62 is dated 1611. Range of 3 houses built circa 1611-13, timber framed, partly
exposed and partly plastered on upper floor and part of lower floor covered brick;
tile roof. 2 storeys; upper storey projects on whole of street front and a gabled
cross wing on the west has a projecting gable; 2 original central chimney stacks,
multi-shafted, the eastern one is dated 1613. 8 windows to whole, 2 oriels at west
end. No 59 has a later 2 window addition with lower roof line on the east. (RCHM
60).
