House and outbuildings. Early - mid C19. Squared limestone and coursed
rubble, brick stacks, pantile roof. 2-room central entrance-hall plan,
outhouse extension to right with rear outshut. 2 storeys, 2 first-floor
windows; symmetrical, with single-storey range of outbuildings to right.
Quoins. Plain board door beneath cambered arch with plain open timber
porch. 3-light sliding sash with glazing bars to right beneath cambered
arch; C20 3-light casement to left in similar opening. First floor: two 12-
pane sliding sashes with lintels at eaves level. Swept roof. End stacks.
Outbuildings to right have 3 board doors, (one half-glazed) with lintels at
eaves level; axial stack. Good example of self-built small-holders house in
