House. Early - mid C19. Coursed squared limestone with brick dressings and
rendered brick stacks; Welsh slate roof. Plan: 2-room central entrance-hall
plan with continuous rear outshut. 2 storeys, 3 bays; symmetrical. Quoins.
Doric pilastered door-case with plain entablature; C20 half-glazed door
beneath overlight with geometric glazing in fielded-panel reveal. Recessed
16-pane sashes with sills and stucco cambered arches. Plain eaves board.
Stone-coped gables with brick kneelers. Corniced end stacks. Interior:
stairhall has elliptical-arched openings to ground and first floors, and a
good geometric staircase with wreathed handrail, slender turned balusters
and clustered newel; panelled window shutters and doors in architraves.
