House. C18 with C20 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings and stack, colour-washed. Pantile roof. Two-room plan with gable end entrance; stands gable-end to road. Single storey with attic, two windows to front. Board door flanked by 16-pane casements beneath segmental arches. Two similar windows to attic. Axial stack. Stepped brick eaves to left and right returns.

Interior contains inglenook fireplace with stairs to right.
