Range of 5 houses. Mid C18 to early C19. Squared rubble and
hammer-dressed stone with graduated stone slate roof. Total
of 8 bays and 2 storeys, mostly of 1 room deep and
incorporating a cart entrance between Nos. 11 and 12. The
earliest house, No. 11, formerly of 3 bays, has a central
square-cut door surround, four 5-light and one 2-light
recessed cavetto-moulded stone mullion windows and a
segmental-headed cart entrance. The other houses each have
square-cut door surrounds: No. 9 has two 3-light flat-faced
mullion windows as does number 12 (with mullions removed on
ground floor), No. 9A has two 4-light recessed flat-faced
mullion windows and No. 10 (originally of 2 bays) has two 5-
light and a 2-light recessed cavetto-moulded mullion window.
Total of 6 ridge chimney stacks.
