Barn and stables, now a house. C18 origins. Local stone rubble with Ham stone ashlar dressings; double Roman clay tile
roof between coped gables, stone end chimney stack. "L"-plan, 2- storeys, 3-bays with projecting gabled wing to East
end. Bay-1 was the former segmental arch-headed opening for wagons, now infilled, with C20 windows in artificial stone
surrounds: remaining 2 bays have plain window surrounds with slight chamfers with simple 2-light casements - these two
bays as yet unconverted (June 1983). Further single-storey projection from East wing houses form office. Interior not
seen. Building still has group value with nos. 2-4 Skinners Hill (qv).
