Farmhouse. Probably mid C19. Ham stone ashlar, plain tiled roof between coped gables; brick end chimney stacks.
2-storeys, 3-bays. Timber casement windows with toplights in plain openings; late C20 front door in architraved
surround with flat stone hood on shaped corbel brackets; eaves course. In rear wall, now partly concealed by lean-to,
a semi-circular headed sash window with double "Y" tracery. Interior not seen. Primarily included for group value,
formerly this house was linked with No.4.
